Flow Fundamentals and Foundation 2+. Learn and practice the skill of transitioning from one posture to another on the mat. Cultivate breath-body coherency and apply principles and techniques to more technical postures such as arm balances and backbends. This class serves as a bridge to Vira Rasa Flow by teaching the skill of staging. Benefits include greater focus, stamina, fluidity and confidence.
